Purchasing art through PeterJosyph.com is a simple and secure process. Here’s how it works.

INVOICING

When you have selected the works you would like to purchase, click on the PURCHASE button and you will be led to our “Request an Invoice” page. This will enable you to send us an email with the title of the image that you wish to purchase, along with your contact information.

The form will ask for your name, address, and phone number. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an electronic invoice (or a paper one if you prefer) with the image of the work that you are purchasing, along with dimensions and price, including of the cost of shipping.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Prior to generating the invoice, we will also inquire if you have any special instructions or would like any additional services, such as framing or delivery by a certain date.

PAYMENT

Along with your invoice, you will receive information on how to pay for your purchase. You may send a check, or pay on line via credit card through Pay Pal. It is safe and secure. Upon receipt of payment in full, your artwork will be shipped.

A WORD ABOUT EXCHANGES

Acquiring artwork is a special buying experience, and we want you to feel good about the process. This is why we have a return and exchange policy. Shipping artwork, however, is complicated, and each additional time a painting is shipped increases the risk of damage. We urge you to consider your choices carefully, and ask as many questions as you like prior to your purchase.
